Placement
We provide you with a shortlist that you can select from and employ immediately into your organisation.
Labour hire, Contingent workforce or Seconded workforce
Labour hire
We provide you with a shortlist and a candidate is selected by your organisation,
but employed by the Atech Group on-hire to your organisation.
Contingent workforce
This is the same as labour hire, but is a term specifically used by NSW State and Local Governments.
Seconded workforce
This is the same as the abovementioned labour hire service, and is an alternative term used by some organisations.
Labour hire followed by placement
The selected candidate is initially employed by Atech Group on labour hire to your organisation, then employed by your organisation during the life of the project.
Personnel are available for full-time, part-time and/or for occasional positions.
